WHAT WE LOVE...

This luxurious low-rise hotel within the Jumeirah fold is inside the large Madinat Jumeirah complex, made up of four resorts. This means that extensive facilities are on offer, including a choice of pools, a private beach, spa, fitness centre, tennis courts and water park. There are around 80 shops, bars and eateries encompassing many cuisines around the world within the complex, which is dotted with waterways populated by boat taxis. The hotel has a relaxing Arabic-themed decor and boasts stunning Burj Al Arab and Persian Gulf views. It has 430 guest rooms and suites, which are spacious and luxurious.

We love the number of restaurants, bars and shops (more than 80) at the Madinat Jumeirah, meaning that you don't need to leave the complex at all during your stay.

By plane: flights from London and Manchester to Dubai take 7 hours. The hotel is a 25-minute drive from the airport. Free private parking on-site. skyscanner.com
