Hotel Review
Il San Corrado di Noto, Noto, Sicily
This sophisticated hotel in the countryside just outside the mediaeval town of Noto is one of just three Relais & Châteaux hotels on the island. Dating back to the 18th-century, when it was the summer getaway of Prince Nicolaci, the property has been transformed into an all-suite five-star hotel with Siciliy's longest swimming pool (100m). Enjoy walks among the olive and citrus trees that dot the surrounding land, play a game or two of tennis, relax in the spa or take the free shuttle to the hotel's private beach club. As the sun sets, order a cocktail to drink on your private terrace before heading to the fine dining restaurant Principe di Belludia for tasting menus of global cuisine, or settling for the more rustic fare in Casa Pasta.
