Hotel Review
Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech, Morocco
Opened in 2013, this purpose-built luxury resort is the only one in Marrakech that comes with its own golf course. While it may seem inconvenient to stay a 20-minute drive from the city, once you discover its large and peaceful guest rooms, extensive manicured grounds, huge pool and fine view to the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, it can seem a smart choice. Stand-out features include a monumental spa and fitness complex, a well-appointed complimentary kids' club, six tennis courts and the recently upgraded Golf & Country Club. Five restaurants and three bars include an unexpected chance to dine Mexican and the tip-top service is a credit to the Fairmont brand which manages exceptional properties in more than 70 countries.
