WHAT WE LOVE...

A refined, laid-back place to stay with an elevated position overlooking the great sweep of St Aubin's Bay. Enjoy relaxing in the gardens or splashing in the heated outdoor pool. Retire to the lounge for an aperitif before heading into the restaurant where floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of the bay all the way across to St Helier. The attractive gabled building was built to resemble a Swiss chalet and has been a hotel since the 19th century. That history is reflected in the higgledy piggledy nature of the interiors with all the rooms differing in shape and size. Many enjoy those fabulous views and the superior garden rooms have the most up-to-date interiors and private terraces.
