Hotel Review
7Pines Resort, Sardinia, Italy
Just north of the exclusive Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, the new five-star 7Pines resort, part of Destination by Hyatt, offers laid-back luxury in a sheltered cove on the north coast. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from beanbags in the sand at the Cone Club, which has its own jetty to entice passing yachts, or sip an Aperol Spritz in the rooftop bar. Fine-dining Italian cuisine is served up by celebrity chef Pasquale d'Ambrosio in Capogiro, who translates local ingredients into innovative and artistic dishes while preserving the authentic essence of Sardinian cuisine. A glass-fronted gym and free-to-use electric bikes keep you active when you're not taking a dip in one of the hidden coves around the resort. One beach has an attendant and offers lounging and snorkelling.
