WHAT WE LOVE...

A 16th-century castle with spectacular views across the archipelago, Star Castle offers a unique escape in a striking star-shaped fortress, set in four-acres of subtropical gardens. It's the perfect base from which to explore the neighbouring islands, or simply soak up breathtaking views from its turrets while enjoying locally grown fine wines, alongside Scillonian lobster and crab caught daily by the proprietor himself.
