Hotel Review
The Pig - in the wall, Southampton, Hampshire
A delightful boutique deli with rooms in the old walls of Southampton. Enjoy the trademark Pig decor of vintage furniture, stripped wooden floorboards, deep paint colours and reclaimed tiles, alongside the foodie-focus of the deli offerings - including homemade sausage rolls and quiches, and locally-sourced products. To get the full Pig experience take them up on their offer of a complimentary return transfer to the original Pig hotel in Brockenhurst to enjoy an evening meal or lunch and return to elegant, stylish rooms in this converted pair of Georgian townhouses. Rooms have plenty to delight with one even featuring a steep surprise staircase to enter. The shops and bars of Southampton city centre are walkable and you can make use of a gated car park.

Rooms
Room 6 is large enough to accommodate an extra bed and a cot, and has both a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, as well as large windows that let in lots of natural light. The grey waffle bathrobes make a welcome change from white and look very stylish hung on antique hooks in the rooms.
