WHAT WE LOVE...

An upmarket townhouse boutique hotel overlooking the harbour at St Peter Port with views of the other islands in the archipelago: Herm, Jethou, Brecqhou and Sark. The original house dates back to the 18th century and you'll find plenty of original features, such as a polished wooden bannister, wooden ceiling beams and bare granite walls. The 22 luxury rooms are spread between the old part and the seamlessly added new wing. With so few guests, you'll find the service personal and attentive. The fine-dining restaurant has a great local reputation for excellent fish and seafood and has floor-to-ceiling windows framing the view of the town and the sea. The bar has an outdoor terrace to enjoy an aperitif on a fine day.
