WHAT WE LOVE...

Wherever you are in Cornwall the coast is never far away, though inland can be just as beautiful, offering some of the most peaceful escapes. St Tudy Inn, located in the charming and picturesque village of Saint Tudy, is one of those places you stumble upon, then don't want to leave. The beautifully renovated 17th-century inn has recently been taken over by Harbour Brewing Co, and a with a new head chef on board, possesses some outstanding culinary credentials with a cosy vibe throughout. This renowned gastropub is for those in search of somewhere to linger, with four en-suite bedrooms where style and comfort are cleverly merged; think understated luxury with an effortless, stripped-back style, with contemporary flavours at the core.

Dog-friendly Room 1 provided a quiet, light-filled space to hunker down with our four-legged friend after a day of exploring the surrounding countryside. King-size beds, digital showers and heated mirrors add a luxe vibe to the cosiest bedrooms in the Cornish countryside.

Room 1-4
Facilities include: ensuite bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi

Food & Drink

The artfully-styled plates won us over; head chef James Lean's creative dishes add an exciting twist to the variety of local seafood and game. Fresh produce doesn't get much better than the shell-on prawns, followed by pan-fried hake and crushed potatoes, and for something sweet, don't deny yourself the sticky toffee pudding.

Bar & Restaurant: modern British cusine, seasonal produce. Mains include rabbit wellington, roasted quail and fish and chips. Open Tue-Sun from midday.
